Marianne has recently undergone her fit persons interview with Ofsted and we are really pleased that she is now the named Responsible Individual for The Bettermeant Group.
She has taken over from our previous RI who is remaining with us and will be moving into the role of Head of Compliance and Quality Assurance.
Marianne joined TBG in June 2024 and has been working with our existing manager for the last 8 months as well as working with our second home which is awaiting Ofsted registration. She has vast experience within the industry having previously been an ‘Outstanding’ manager with another provider before joining us at TBG.
